Clients

Leaders and groups seek to partner with Opening Creativity to (1) learn and gain skills while simultaneously (2) tackling tough challenges or big opportunities, and following through with (3) implementation and evaluation. Selected clients include:

+ Partnering with a top leader at Our Task,
   an international, youth-led nonprofit
   fostering informed voices among youth
for shaping the Earth they will inherit,
to build on natural leadership strengths
for creating positive change through social
   entrepreneurship and intergenerational
   programming. Using self-assessments,
new thinking models, and support with
   specific leadership competencies, this
   project strengthened leadership ease and
   confidence, and provided strategic counsel
for an organization with an ambitious
   mission during complex times.

+ Supported the Institute for Conservation Leadership, a national leadership development nonprofit, in furthering their reflection-
based and results-based culture, by exploring and enhancing readiness for desired organizational changes, in order to better
support customer relations, clarify strategic direction, and attract increasing revenues to fulfill the organizational mission.

+ Partnered with a volunteer-led chapter of Business Networking International to complete joint analysis of the culture and
desired future. In the process the chapter enhanced awareness, communication, and collaboration skills in order to retain existing
members and attract new ones, and to strengthen performance on financial and networking metrics.

+ Collaborated with a nationally acclaimed school of the healing arts to prepare staff and board for an executive transition,
including building capacity in self-awareness, inter-personal skills, shared vision, and leadership, to support the new executive's
success, better serve students, adapt to changing market conditions, and attract new revenues.
